Return Policy
Unfortunately WigSuperstore.com does not accept returns. We are happy to accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item(s) please follow our exchange policy below.

Order Online
For your protection and privacy, online payments are processed through a secure server.
If you are using aforementioned credit card, you will be directed to a secured page and prompted to enter necessary information including your name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card data.
Changes to Order
There will be a $5.00 fee assessed to all order changes including item, color, payments, shipping and coupon redemption. Modifications must be updated by 10:00 a.m. (CST) the following day.
Exchange Policy
Wigsuperstore.com understands that you may need to exchange a product to ensure your satisfaction. Therefore, one exchange per item is allowed. However the process is subject to eligibility conditions and exchange fees. Failure to adhere to our guidelines may result in a 50% unauthorized return fee. Be careful to follow our exchange policies.
Eligibility
•Acceptable products must be in factory condition including the attached tags and original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged or tampered with, will not receive exchange authorization.
•Ineligible products include costume wigs, accessories, care products, special orders, wholesale orders and last call, clearance or discontinued items.
Fees
•Color exchanges are available for a nominal $5.00 handling fee if you are returning the item for the first time and exchanging it for the same item.
•All other items eligible for exchange are charged a 20% fee.
•Items purchased using suggestions from our experts are still subject to standard exchange fees if you are not satisfied with the product.
•Assessed fees will be applied to the credit card used on the original order.
•A surplus balance will be issued as store credit.
Shipping Costs
Exchanges are shipped using the original delivery method unless otherwise specified and charges will apply.
Requesting an Exchange
Items eligible for exchange must receive authorization within 5 business days of receiving the product or it will be subject to the 50% unauthorized return fee. To receive an authorization code and further instructions, email exchanges@wigsuperstore.com or call our customer service department at 1-877-234-9477.
Please Note:
•Authorization emails may take up to two business days to receive a response.
•All exchanges must be mailed within 10 days of receiving your authorization code.
•Upon receipt of your item at our warehouse, the exchange process may take up to 10 business days to complete.
Shipping the Item
Please return the item in a sturdy cardboard box to avoid damaging the product and clearly label it with your authorization code. Items that incur damage or arrive without the authorization code will be refused.

Store Credits
Wigsuperstore.com does not issue any monetary refunds for exchanges or returns. Any surplus balance incurred on your account will be applied as store credit available for you to use at any time (store credits do not expire). To apply store credit towards a future purchase, you must place your order over the phone with a representative.

Backorders
Customers purchasing backordered items are placed on a prioritized waitlist and will receive their items as quickly as possible. We will email updates and additional information to keep you informed about your order status in the event of a backorder. Wigsuperstore.com reserves the right to ship your order to provided billing address if the shipping address cannot be verified.

Cancellation Fees
WigSuperstore.com charges a 20% cancellation fee on all orders that are returned from a bad address, refused at delivery, or cancelled 24 hours after placing the order. Charges for shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Order Processing
We believe in timely fulfillment, so orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed and shipped within 24 hours of processing if available. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed, but we will process a complete chargeback if we are unable to complete to fulfill your request. Once we send the order out, it should arrive within the time frame noted on the shipping chart barring any carrier delays.
Errors in billing information, shipping to an alternate address or other inaccuracies may delay shipments while information you provided is verified. Keep in mind, product prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. We will notify you if there are any product or pricing errors we need to correct or change and receive your permission before completing your order.
