The most important thing at Wig Superstore is your satisfaction! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can exchange it for FREE! Just fill out this exchange request form(embed link) and ship the product back to the address on the form. If you have any questions or need to arrange a expedited cross-ship, please call us at 1-877-234-9447. (Product must be eligible for exchange)

How To Exchange or Return

Repackage your item(s) along with the completed Exchange Request Form, and mail it to the address on the form within 10 days of receipt of original shipment.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). WigSuperstore.com does not sell previously owned products, so if a product does not meet the eligibility requirements a 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.

If you have an item(s) that is backordered, you will be notified with an estimated arrival date. We will promptly ship item(s) as soon as they become available. Shipping Information

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.

Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.
